The Culinary Studio
The Culinary Studio is a beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. teaching kitchen located inside the Winery next to the Wine Market. The Culinary Studio is furnished with top tier Viking Range® appliances.
Lead by Executive Chef Marc Suennemann, Château Élan’s international team of chefs will bring their individual and cultural specialties to the kitchen as they educate guests through Culinary Cooking Classes, Saturday Cooking Demonstrations, Private Culinary Events, and Team Building Events.
