Be part of an unfor­get­table evening din­ing al fresco under the stars in the Chateau Elan Vine­yards on select Sat­ur­day nights. Allow your taste buds to tran­scend in time with a cel­e­bra­tion of regional and inter­na­tional fla­vors pre­sented by our Chefs and Wine­maker Simone Bergese. The evening kicks off with cock­tails fol­lowed by a multi-​course din­ner paired with select wines.

Theme: Geor­gia Tomato Fest
Tomato his­tory orig­i­nates back to the early Aztecs around 700 A.D. and it is there­fore believed that the tomato is native to the Amer­i­cas. Geor­gia toma­toes are con­sid­ered one of the best in the nation and in honor of this we are cre­at­ing a local wine and food pair­ing like no other.

South­east Fam­ily Farms is the most inno­v­a­tive “farm to table” project our indus­try has seen. The con­cept is sus­tain­able – designed to sat­isfy the needs of our region’s ‘work­ing’ farmer and the needs of our chefs that are look­ing for locally-​sourced prod­ucts with excep­tional taste. These con­nec­tions are estab­lished through face-​to-​face, “hand­shake” deals.
