Versailles Restaurant and Bar

Join us on Valentine’s Day Weekend for a 4-course prix fixe menu with Chateau Elan wine pairings ($125++/person) and live music from one of our house saxophonists. Versailles’ Valentine’s Day menu will be available on Sunday. Reservations can be made through the OpenTable link below.

• 1st Course – Orchard Point Oyster with Pink Peppercorn and Champagne Mignonette. Paired with Chateau Elan Sparkling.
• 2nd Course – Double Duck Consommé, Flageolet and Kale Raviolo, with Micro Beet. Paired with Chateau Elan Pinot Noir.
• 3rd Course – Guest Selection of Entrée:

• Pan Seared Golden Tilefish, Fingerlings, Asparagus, and Lobster and Brandy Crème. Paired with Chateau Elan Chardonnay.
• Bone in Short Rib Beef Bourguignon, Boursin Pommes Puree, and Thyme-Roasted Carrots. Paired with Chateau Elan Mameli.
• Fines Herbs Roasted Chicken, Parsnip Puree, Roasted Mushrooms, Fig and Honey Pan Jus. Paired with Chateau Elan Roldec.

Spoil your sweetheart with a 4-course, prix fixe menu at our intimate, waterfront restaurant, Fleur De Lis. This special is only being offered on Valentine’s Day with seatings at 6PM and 8PM. The 4-course menu is $125++ per person and reservations can be made on OpenTable through the link below.

• 1st Course – Lobster Bisque with Herbed Crostini and Lemon Agromata.
• 2nd Course – Ricotta Gnocchi with Saffron Tomato Jus, Thyme, and Baby Artichokes.
