Your Health & Safety

Here at The Spa at Chateau Elan your health and safety are top priorities. In light of the continued public health risk surrounding COVID-19, we will continue to take necessary steps to protect our guests and team members by observing these sanitation and safely protocols:

· We invite you to join the positive movement and focus on wellness during this Coronavirus pandemic and shift from fear and anxiety to positivity, resilience and optimism!
· Please refrain from bringing any non-essential individuals with you to your appointment, especially children.
· Revised hours and treatment schedules better allow us to practice heightened levels of hygiene and sanitation while complying with the requirements set forth by locally issued Government guidelines.
· To allow guests to more easily practice social distancing and to ensure The Spa is able to maintain the highest levels of sanitation throughout our facility, wet areas including sauna, steam room, indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed.
· We are asking all guests coming to The Spa to fill out and bring the Guest Waiver within 3 days of arriving at The Spa. Completed Waivers can be emailed to SpaGuestRelations@chateauelan.com as well for your convenience.

· We will continue enhanced sanitation, cleaning and social distancing measures throughout the facility.
· Temperature checks will be performed for all our team members and arriving guests.
· Masks are required for all team members and guests. Please bring your own mask to wear during your appointment.

Punctuality

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to take advantage of our relaxing spa facilities and to ensure the full length of your treatment. Unfortunately, late arrival will not receive an extension of time so as not to inconvenience other spa guests. There will be no credit issued for late guests.

During Your Visit

To get the most out of your treatment, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are most important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about the depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your spa treatment room, music volume or other issues.

The spa therapist will be completing a brief health evaluation prior to your treatment to be able to provide you with the best experience possible and to assure your safety and comfort.

We encourage you to disclose any health conditions that may affect your spa experience. You must be past your 13th week of pregnancy to receive a massage.

What to Bring

We gladly provide you with a luxurious robe and slippers during your stay with us. Undergarments are not necessary under your robe, but you may wear them if you wish. Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Our therapists are trained to ensure your privacy at all times. Please bring your swimsuit and workout attire if you wish to enjoy any hydro treatments, indoor pool, co-ed hot tub, or workout facilities and fitness classes. Clothing is optional in our separate his and her eucalyptus steam rooms and dry sauna. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables. Lockers will be provided for your convenience, however, Château Élan is unable to replace or pay for items that are left or lost.

Age Requirements

The Spa at Château Élan is an adult sanctuary available to guests of 18 years of age or older. Minors 13 and above may enjoy certain treatments if accompanied by a guardian. As the Spa is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to the Spa.

Spa Day Pass

A Spa Day Pass allows any overnight or day guest to enjoy the Spa Facilities without needing to book a treatment. Day Passes includes all fitness studio classes, sauna, hot tub, indoor pool and pool deck, daily afternoon tea and more. All treatment bookings include Day Passes.
Monday – Thursday: $60.
Friday and Sunday: $110.
Not available on Saturdays.  Holidays are weekend pass pricing.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa therapist. For this reason, we respectfully ask that you give a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations/reschedules.

  • If less than 24-hours a 50% charge of services will be billed
  • If less than 4-hours a 100% charge of services will be billed

Canceling overnight Spa Packages would incur the room cancellation policy also. No shows are charged full value. Please note, Couples Experiences require a 72-hour cancellation.

Gratuity & Fees

For your convenience, a 20% service charge is automatically applied to all a la carte services and distributed to the staff. Package prices are inclusive. Additional gratuities are appreciated but not expected. A 2.2% credit card surcharge is added to all credit card transactions. Avoid this fee by paying cash.

Preserving our Tranquil Environment

For the privacy and comfort of our guests, smoking, laptops, cameras are not allowed in any of the Spa or Fitness Studio. We ask that all cell phones be set to silent.

Daily Facility Charge

For guests not staying overnight in the Spa or having spa services the facilities, including fitness classes, access to the locker room, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, can be enjoyed for a daily fee of $100 Friday-Sunday and $50 Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.

Social

Ideal for any kind of celebration including birthdays, bridal parties, girlfriend getaways and office appreciation. Group gatherings (5 or more people) require a contractual agreement. Gift Cards

They are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and can be used toward any Chateau Élan Resort service as well as retail purchases. Gift Cards are transferable but non-refundable. Values are subject to current pricing and our cancellation policy. Gift Cards must be presented at the time services are rendered.

Product Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on most merchandise purchased from the Spa within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt except as follows: Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any items that have been opened. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds.
