The Fitness Facilities at the Spa include an exercise studio offering a variety of classes per week including low impact aerobics, strength training, body sculpting, Yoga and Pilates. Aqua aerobics is also offered in the heated indoor pool also located at the Spa.
Several times a month Cardio Bootcamp and Yoga classes are held outside on the Spa Lawn. These classes are available to book online and are currently available to overnight guests and spa guests only.
Personal training sessions are available in 1-hour and 30-minute increments as well.
