Spa Fitness & Personal Training

The Fitness Facilities at the Spa include an exercise studio offering a variety of classes per week including low impact aerobics, strength training, body sculpting, Yoga and Pilates. Aqua aerobics is also offered in the heated indoor pool also located at the Spa.

Several times a month Cardio Bootcamp and Yoga classes are held outside on the Spa Lawn. These classes are available to book online and are open to locals, day guests (included with a Day Pass or Spa Service) and overnight guests.

Personal training sessions are available in 1-hour and 30-minute increments as well.

Fitness Classes are complimentary for guests receiving Spa services or available with the purchase of a Spa Day Pass offering access to locker room, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool.

A Spa Day Pass is available for $100 Friday-Sunday and $50 Monday-Thursday. You can purchase a weekday pass online HERE.

No classes will take place on Christmas Day.

Spa Day Passes


A Spa Day Pass allows any resort guest to enjoy the Spa Facil­i­ties includ­ing Fit­ness Classes. Spa Day Passes are sub­ject to avail­abil­ity and unavail­able on hol­i­days. Friday-​Sunday: $100, Mon­day-Thurs­day: $50.

Cardio Fitness Bootcamp & Yoga


Enjoy a one hour, all-levels Yoga or Cardio Bootcamp class on the beautiful Spa Lawn overlooking the Spa lake. Yoga is offered on Fridays and Saturdays at 9am. Cardio Bootcamp is offered at 10am Wednesdays and 8am Fridays. Check-in at the Spa front desk. $20 Ticket ONLY includes class access. Bring your own mat or complimentary mats are available.

Nutritional Assessment Learn to utilize food as a healthy daily resource. Our experts will teach you how to break down personal barriers and practice good nutrition habits. 60 min $100
Personal Training Our personal trainer will work with you on a one on one basis and make sure your exercise form, posture, and selection of exercises are what you need to reach your fitness goals. Training modalities will be based upon individual fitness level and fitness goals. 60 min $80
