The Fitness Facilities at the Spa include an exercise studio offering a variety of classes per week including low impact aerobics, strength training, body sculpting, Yoga and Pilates. Aqua aerobics is also offered in the heated indoor pool also located at the Spa.

Several times a month Cardio Bootcamp and Yoga classes are held outside on the Spa Lawn. These classes are available to book online and are currently available to overnight guests and spa guests only.

Personal training sessions are available in 1-hour and 30-minute increments as well.

Personalized Wellness
Private Training Session: $150, 60min
Our personal trainer will work with you on a one on one basis and make sure your exercise form, posture, and selection of exercises are what you need to reach your fitness goals. Training modalities will be based upon individual fitness level and fitness goals.
Private Yoga Class: $150, 60min
Students of private yoga sessions will receive customized teaching, modifications, and assignments that deepen their connection to self and are designed to help them reach their yoga and life objectives.
