When will the Resort resume full operations?

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort is once again welcoming guests to our award-winning property and reopened May 21, 2020. The Spa reopened on June 4, 2020 and is currently taking appointments. Cooking Classes, Afternoon Tea and all Wine Tasting experiences are available to book right now online for June, July and August.

As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place.

    Am I required to wear a mask?

    For the Health and Safety of our Guests and Associates, Chateau Elan will be requiring face mask usage among all of our guests in public spaces, including the Resort Pool area when not seated, in the pool or eating or drinking. If you do not have a face mask, Chateau Elan will have complimentary masks available at check-in for use during your stay. We appreciate your participation in this initiative as we continue to prioritize health and safety around the Resort.

    I appreciate the trust you place in the resort and our staff when you stay with us. The security and safety of our guests and team members, remains our highest priority.

    Our resort was built with the spirit of hospitality in mind and it is in that spirit that we show care and concern at every level. We are in the business of serving people and I want to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety both now and in the future.

    Château Élan leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health departments and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

    I know I speak for every member of our Château Élan family when I say that we take the greatest pride in the role we play in the lives of our customers, personally and professionally. I want you to know that you can continue to rely on us.
