Marc is featuring a burger patty specifically made with 25% shiitake mushrooms with Ground Angus Beef and porcini mushroom powder shallot and gochujang sauce. It’s topped with Yum Yum sauce, pickled watermelon radish and fresh daikon sprouts on a brioche bun.
