Chateau Elan Winery & Resort is excited to share that Marc is taking part in the James Beard Foundation and Mushroom Council’s 5th annual Blended Burger Project. Grab our featured burger, made with 25% mushrooms, May 27–July 31 in Marc!

Marc is featuring a burger patty specifically made with 25% shiitake mushrooms with Ground Angus Beef and porcini mushroom powder shallot and gochujang sauce. It’s topped with Yum Yum sauce, pickled watermelon radish and fresh daikon sprouts on a brioche bun.

    Can’t wait to try this as we don’t eat a lot of beef so this sounds like meat is reduced a little loved the beyond meat burgers as I’m close to a vegetarian I will try it soon
