During the course, artists can enjoy a winemaker’s selection of Chateau Elan reds, whites, and rose wines. With our art experts by your side, each class will create a different seasonal painting, discover new artistic styles and techniques, and leave with a memory to cherish for a lifetime.
Each painter will be supplied with a 16″ x 20″ canvas, an easel, paint brushes, and acrylic paints. Cheese and charcuterie can be purchased upon arrival.
Filled with a variety of meats, cheeses, and other seasonal delicacies, our Charcuterie Workshop is a 90-min tutorial that is sure to leave you ready to impress at your next gathering. Guests will be encouraged to mingle and enjoy their charcuterie board creations after the workshop concludes. Take-home boxes will be provided for any unfinished food items.
Each of our Charcuterie Workshops include all the charcuterie board ingredients, a charcuterie board as a take home gift, cutlery, and complimentary wine to enjoy during the workshop.
Special Considerations:
Pull up a seat as one of our lead bartenders teaches you the essentials of cocktail making. Learn how to mix a perfectly balanced drink for every occasion and mood, then take your skills home with you and become your friends’ new favorite bartender.
Each Mixology Demonstration will guide you through the process of crafting one of our signature cocktails, show you proper bartending techniques, and encourage you to explore your creativity from behind the bar.
Please note, Mixology Demonstrations are available at various times and dates for both Louis’ House of Bourbon and Marc Restaurant and Bar. After learning some insider tips-and-tricks, guests may enjoy the featured cocktail of the day for $15. All participants must be at least 21 years old.
Whether you choose to stroll the Spa Loop, take the trek around the Equestrian Center, or tackle the challenging hills of the Private Estates, our collection of nature trails and walking paths are the perfect way to get out and breathe in some of North Georgia’s finest. During your excursion, find time to make a deeper connection with your surroundings and discover the beauty of every acre you explore.
As always, please remember to stop by the Front Desk and pick up a walking map before heading out. The nature trails and walking paths should only be traversed during daylight hours. Please do not leave trash on the trails nor should you feed wildlife that you may come across. North Georgia wildlife is oftentimes harmless but please take caution and avoid any animals that you may come into contact with along your journey.

Pre-packed picnic baskets are available for ordering through our Guest Experiences department. Guests should select their preferred wine at time of booking. Guests may select between a bottle of Merlot, Velvet, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Duncan Red, or Duncan Creek. Picnic baskets can be delivered to guestrooms or are available for pick-up at the Front Desk or at the Winery. Please note, no blanket is provided. Blankets are available for purchase separately from Le Petit Boutique. Minimum of 24 hour advance notice required.

Chateau Elan’s ‘Al Fresco Soirées’ are the complete package for any intimate gathering. This unique private dining experience is best suited to groups of 6-12 guests and needs to be reserved at least one week in advance.
Each Al Fresco Soirée includes a wine steward, food and beverage service, personalized décor, and your choice of venue for a three hour reservation. Gourmet charcuterie picnic ($250/per person++). Additionally, for each guest in attendance, our wine steward will perfectly pair a bottle of Chateau Elan wine to your meal selection.

Special Considerations:
Guests may select their preferred venue between our picturesque Rose Vineyard or East Vineyard Lawn.
Al Fresco Soirées must be booked at least one (1) week in advance of event date, Sunday through Thursday, based on availability.
A rain call will be made 48-hours in advance and at that time, an event date may be rescheduled due to weather. If weather changes within 48-hours, an event date may be rescheduled.
If a guest chooses to cancel the booking themselves, within seven (7) days of their event, a refund will not be given. If a guest cancels a booking outside of seven days, a refund will be given.
Starting at dusk, come huddle around the ambiance of a open fire and indulge in one of our favorite traditions— creating delicious s’mores, toasted just to your liking. S’more sets are available for purchase at Le Petit Cafe for $14. Fire pits are located throughout the property; outside the Winery, outside Sarazen’s Bar & Grille, and the Poolside Entertainment Deck – available to overnight guests only.
Special Consideration:
Gather your friends and family to spend time together in style, inside one of our ‘Wine Bungalows.’ Overlooking the Chateau Elan vineyards, each Wine Bungalow is best suited for groups of four to six guests and are the perfect reprieve for unique celebrations or small gatherings.
Each bungalow features a stylish design that is complemented with a mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings and is equipped with temperature-controlled capabilities. Wine Bungalows are available in three-hour increments with reservations at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m., daily.
With cleanliness and safety in mind, a Wine Bungalow staff member will deep clean each bungalow in between bookings, ensuring that all surfaces have been sanitized in preparation for the next reservation. Please arrive promptly at your reservation’s start time and a Wine Bungalow team member will be available to check you in and give you a brief overview of the experience.
To enhance the Wine Bungalow experience, we have included a ‘Bungalow Basket’ complete with an assortment of gourmet snacks, plus one bottle of Chateau Elan Reserve Collection Wine or Chateau Elan Muscadine Wine. Additional wine and charcuterie boards can be purchased inside the Tasting Room.
