Reservation Policy Cancellations require 72 hours notice prior to arrival to avoid a one night stay being charged to credit card. A non-refundable deposit of $15 is charged when making a reservation. This will be applied to the remainder of your room balance when you check-in. To cancel a reservation please contact Reservations toll free in the US at 1-800-233-9463, and outside the US at 1-678-425-0900. To complete a reservation you will need to submit a credit/debit card for authorization. Credit/Debit card must be physically presented upon check-in. Muscadine Wines

Duncan Creek : Made with the same high standards of our classic dry white wines, this light bodied sweet wine is from 100% Georgia Muscadine Grapes. The bouquet has notes of fresh grapes, pineapple, apricot and mango with accents of lemon grass. Sweet and crisp, it’s a true classic and exotic Georgia Muscadine Wine. 12.5% Alcohol, 6% Residual Sugar.

Summer Wine : The same premium profile as Duncan Creek, this popular and exciting muscadine wine has clean and clear essence of Peach nectar. A charming sweet wine to be enjoyed anytime of the year! 12.5% Alcohol, 6% Residual Sugar.

Spring Blossom : The same premium profile as Duncan Creek, this rose’ muscadine wine will blow your senses with the unique essence of fresh Strawberries. A nice clean and crisp taste to be enjoyed anytime of the year! 12.5% Alcohol, 6% Residual Sugar.

Autumn Blush : The same premium profile as Duncan Creek, this delightful light bodied wine exudes a light red hue as lovely as its clean and crisp taste. It fills your mouth with delicate and pleasant Raspberry notes. A perfect wine for anytime of the year! 12.5% Alcohol, 6% Residual Sugar.

White Wines

Chardonnay Reserve 2010: The 2010 harvest yielded beautiful grapes with lots of varietal character. Notes of apple and pear in the beginning followed by accents of vanilla with a buttery finish. 50% of this wine was aged in neutral oak barrels for 8 months and the rest in stainless steel giving it a nice mineral, viscous full body with a long finish. 14.5% Alcohol, 0.5% Residual Sugar.

Viognier 2011: Made from Viognier grapes grown in the high elevations of the North Georgia Mountains, this elegant wine has nice tropical fruit flavors with a smooth and clean finish. Easy to enjoy with sushi or a light dish. A nice accompaniment to any patio! 13.2% Alcohol, 0.5% Residual Sugar.

Belle 211: This is our Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc blend. The months spent in new oak barrels gave it some vanilla notes that go very well with its natural citrusy profile. Very smooth and clean, it’s an excellent wine for all occasions. 13.8% Alcohol, 0.5% Residual Sugar.

Red Wines

Pinot Noir 2011 Reserve: Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it has a medium garnet hue in the glass and smells of green herbs, bright flowers and a hint of red berries. The mouth is vibrant with flavors of green herbs and forest berries with a smooth and pleasant finish. A very nice classic Pinot Noir! 13.5% Alcohol.

Merlot Reserve 2010: Made from 100% of our Merlot grapes grown in the prestigious Napa Valley California. We took a minimalistic approach to the winemaking process to preserve the original structure and character of this outstanding variety. The result is an intense deep ruby red hue with flavors of blackberries, licorice and black currant. Spicy and fruity with a velvety mouth feel, it has smooth tannins and a strong finish. An exceptional expression of Merlot! 14.5% Alcohol, 0.1% Residual Sugar.

Scarlet 211: Our Syrah and Sangiovese blend is a garnet red wine with earthy aromas and flavors of elderberry and green tomatoes. Vibrant with a nice acidity and a medium tannin structure, it has a nice texture with accents of bread, black pepper and strawberry at the finish. An excellent red blend! 14.0% Alcohol, 0.1% Residual Sugar.

American Port: This is a ruby style Port. Young, fresh, fruity, vibrant and strong. From the 2010 vintage, this port balances the residual sugar with an high acidity level that work superbly with the high alcohol content. Deep ruby red, intense nose and full bodied you can enjoy it now as well as in 20 years from now. 18.5% Alcohol, 8% Residual Sugar.

Le Clos, French for “fenced field” or “pasture’’, is the name given to a specific vineyard that an owner would border with a stone wall, as to ensure that everyone would know its boundaries. All fruits and vegetables in this menu were grown in Georgia. All herbs used were grown in our own Chateau Elan garden.
