Culinary Team Building

Working together in unfamiliar territory has a way of creating bonds. Bring your team members together through shared learning, and then relax and enjoy the fruit of your labors. All classes include choice of freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas, sodas, water, and appropriately paired wines. The typical class size is 12, but the Culinary Studio can be configured to accommodate 20 - 25. A selection of gourmet foods and culinary-themed products are available for gift baskets, as are personalized certificates of course completion.

Rates

Hands-on classes start at $85 per person for lunch and $125 per person for dinner, plus a $350 Chef fee and $500 rental fee. For use of the reception space (non-cooking), there is a $350 rental fee.

Mediterranean Herb Medley
Served with Château Élan's Specialty Bread selection and butter. Tomato Mozzarella Torte with Balsamic Reduction, Fresh Basil, and Herb Oil; Herb-Crusted Chicken Breast with Portobello Risotto, Sweet Onion Au Jus, and Spring Vegetables; Fresh Fruit Martini with Tequila Lime Honey and Toasted Coconut.

Tour of the Southern Mediterranean
A tempting introduction to the flavors of the Southern Mediterranean region and Northern Africa. Served with Château Élan's Specialty Bread selection and butter. Greek Salad with Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Onions, Kalamata Olives, Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, and Red Wine Vinaigrette; Moroccan Spiced Chicken with Apricot Couscous and Green Olive Sauce; Fresh Fruit Martini with Tequila Lime Honey and Toasted Coconut.
