Transportation Service
The Château Élan Transportation Department is a full service operation capable of handling all group and individual transportation needs regardless of size or requirements.
Featuring:
- On-site manager and support staff available through out your stay, no outside company to deal with.
- We offer direct service to and from Chateau Élan and Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport.
- All guests are greeted inside the airport at the Business Travelers Services center, conveniently located at Baggage Claim. Guests do not have to search the airport or go outside to meet their driver.
- Transportation can be charged to your Master Account or individual sleeping rooms.
- Seamless service beginning with your arrival manifest and continuing through departure notices placed in each sleeping room the night prior to departure.
- We monitor all incoming flights through a state of the art on-line reservation system. All guests are met regardless of flight delays or changes.
We offer a uniformed professionally trained staff and own all of our vehicles. We do not outsource your Transportation to a third party. We look forward to being of service and working along with you to ensure your visit to Chateau Élan is a well planned, seamless event that will be raved about for months to come.

*Please note a commercial Taxi from the Atlanta Airport to the resort will run approx. $150-$160. Taxis are not regulated in the state of Georgia.

Ground Transportation Details
For Château Élan Guests arriving at The Hartsfield Atlanta Airport...
Effective immediately the arrival desk at the Atlanta airport no longer exists due to airport construction. For any guests arriving at the Atlanta Airport utilizing our transportation services, you will be met at the top of the escalator(s) by a member of our staff holding a sign with your Name / Company Name or Conference Name.
Airport Transfer Policy
It is recommended that Guests of Château Élan make reservations 48 hours in advance.
Chateau Élan is 54.8 miles from Atlanta airport with travel times of 50 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes depending on time of day.
All rates are one way direct non-stop
24 hour notice required for cancellations or full charges will apply.
“No Shows” without notice will be charged the full rate.
Airport transfers between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. subject to a $10.00 surcharge.
Time changes within 3 hours of reserved time subject to a 10% surcharge
Reservations not covered by a group or corporate event at Chateau Élan require a method of payment at time travel is reserved.
All charges will be posted to your master bill or individual Guest rooms.
