Share the Experience Château Élan Resorts believes that recognizing our outstanding associates is vital. In an effort to recognize our associates during the course of the year, we have introduced a program entitled “Share the Experience”. “Share the Experience” recognizes associates each month who have gone above and beyond in their daily jobs.
This might be demonstrated through customer
service, developing or designing a new idea to make their position or
department more efficient or in some other way that sets them above the
normal expectations for their position. A selection committee composed of
managers in several different departments will select each month one
associate from the nominees. |
