Château Élan Winery and Resort is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all associates. All applicants who are being considered for employment will be required to participate in a pre-employment drug screening before an offer of employment is issued. Associates of Château Élan Winery and Resort are also required to comply with our on-going, random drug testing policy as a condition of continued employment. A copy of the policy is available for review.

I hereby authorize Château Élan Winery and Resort to investigate all facts contained in my application for employment purposes. I further authorize the release of any and all information by my present and past employers, wherever located, which may be a part of reference checks.
