  • Réceptionniste/Concierge : Assure la prise de réservations, l'arrivée et départ du client, le standard et les demandes de conciergerie en respectant les standards de qualité et à leur maintient. Assure un haut niveau de service constamment maintenu. Forte polyvalence exigée entre la réception et le restaurant. Devra se rendre disponible pour prêter main forte au restaurant. Bonne connaissance d'Opéra. Anglais courant.
    Receptionist/Concierge : Welcome, inform and assist the customer. Handle check-in, invoicing, payments and reservations inquiries. Welcoming and service orientated. Good listening and anticipation skills. Organised. Knowledge of desktop applications. You will be required to assist in the restaurant when business dicates. Fluent English.

  • Chef de Partie : En charge du garde mangé. Méthodique et organisé, il gère le poste des entrées froides et amuse-bouche. Respect des procédures en place et procédés de fabrication ainsi que les critères de qualité. Devra se rendre disponible pour échanger avec les clients. Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral.
    Chef de Partie : In charge of the larder section. Participate in the food preparation in accordance with accepted standards of quality Ensure the overall cleanliness and the health and safety aspects of the kitchen are maintained at all times. Responsible for proper storage, labeling and use of all food supplies to prevent unnecessary spoilage and to maintain cost control. Apply hygiene and safety rules. Must be willing and able to interact with guests. English recommended.
