Calling all wine lovers. Come spend the evening at Chateau Élan and become a Winemaker for a day. Learn to blend your own wine and create a bottle of wine that is customized to your personal palate. You will also have the opportunity to personalize a custom label for your wine which will be delivered to your room upon completion.

Reservation Policy

Cancellations require 72 hours notice prior to arrival to avoid a one night stay being charged to credit card. A non-refundable deposit of $15 is charged when making a reservation. This will be applied to the remainder of your room balance when you check-in. To cancel a reservation please contact Reservations toll free in the US at 1-800-233-9463, and outside the US at 1-678-425-0900. To complete a reservation you will need to submit a credit/debit card for authorization. Credit/Debit card must be physically presented upon check-in.
