Absolutely, we’d love to host your event.

What time can you do tournaments?   back to top
A single course tournament can start at any time, but double course tournaments are often easier to coordinate at certain times throughout the day. Please contact us to discuss scheduling.

Do you have a space for us to have meals and award presentations?   back to top
Yes, use of our Golf Pavilion requires a fee of $1,500, which includes tables, chairs, and tablecloths. Groups are responsible for cleanup and garbage collection after the event.

Can we bring in our own food and beverage?   back to top
Absolutely, but we require a donation fee for beverages not purchased from us. The required donation for non-alcoholic beverages is 3 cases for every 10 cases brought on property, and the donation for beer is 5 cases for every 10. For example, if you wanted to bring 20 cases of beer to serve, we would require a ‘payment’ of 10 cases. Groups can serve any type of beverage they’d like, but donations must be made in products that we sell or serve at the resort. There is no fee for outside food.

Yes. Please contact our tournament for pricing since totals will vary depending on the season and the type of food desired.

As many as 700 people, depending on when you’d like to hold your tournament.

Can we set up vendor tents on the course?   back to top
Yes, but tournament groups will be responsible for any necessary cleanup associated with the tents.

Can we have product delivered to the course?   back to top
Yes, but because of space restrictions, please limit its arrival to no more than 3 days before your event. Also, please have it labeled with the event’s name and date.

What kind of products (beverages) can we use?   back to top
Tournament guests can serve any kind of beverages they would like, but we require that beverage donated as part of our ‘donation fee’ be product that we serve or sell.

Château Élan offers a full range of catering services and a wide variety of food and pricing options.

Can our group order merchandise from the pro shop?   back to top
Château Élan offers a wide range of apparel and merchandise available for group purchase, and we strive to keep our prices competitive. Please contact The Golf Club for more details.

Can we put out hole sponsor signs?   back to top
Absolutely. Our staff can distribute them for you, if given 2 hours advance notice.

Do we allow hole-in-one cars on the course?   back to top
Yes, but tournament groups are responsible for movement of the cars, including delivery before the tournament and removal at the end of the day.
