A. Check In time is 3pm and Check Out time is Noon. Late check out may be arranged for a $20.00 fee based on availability.
Q. Is there a charge for parking?
A. No, Self-Parking is convenient and complimentary throughout Château Élan. Valet Parking is $10 per day available at both the Inn and the Spa.
Q. Do you have Internet Access?
A. Yes, High Speed Wireless Internet Access is available in all guest rooms and public areas of the Inn at a cost of $9.95 for a 24 hour period.
Q. Do you have a Business Center?
A. Yes, Château Élan's Business Center is located in the Atrium of the Inn at the entrance to the Conference Center and is accessible 24 hours a day.
Q. Do you have a Fitness Center?
A. Yes, There are two Fitness Center's at Château Élan. One located in the Inn which is accessible 24 hours with your Guest Room Key Card and the other at the spa, reserved for Spa overnight and day guest. There are also walking and biking trails available throughout Château Élan's 3,500 acres. View the Property Map.
Q. Is there a Swimming Pool?
A. Yes, There are four pools at Château Élan. Two are located at the Inn, one is a heated Indoor Resistance Pool in the Fitness Center which is open year round and is accessible from 7am -10pm. The other is an Olympic size outdoor pool which is open seasonally. There is also a pool located in the Spa and another near the golf villas.
Q. Is the Golf Course within walking distance?
A. Yes, The Par 3 Nine-Hole Executive-walking course is adjacent to the Inn. Our two 18 hole Championship Golf Courses' are located on the property grounds with complimentary shuttle service provided to the Pro-Shop.
Q. Where does the Property Shuttle go?
A. The property Shuttle only provides transportation within the grounds of Château Élan. Should you wish to arrange off property transportation please contact our transportation partner at 404-524-800 or email transportation@ChâteauÉlan.com
Q. Can I wait until I check-in to make a Spa Reservation or a Golf Tee Time?
A. Spa and Golf are subject to availability and we strongly recommend you reserve an appointment prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
Q. Is there an ATM/Cash Machine on Property?
A. Yes, there is an ATM Machine located in the Atrium of the Inn.
Q. Can I Smoke Indoors?
A. No, Georgia Law Prohibits Indoor Smoking, however there are designated outdoor smoking areas.
Q. What is your Pet Policy?
A. We do not allow Pets at the Inn, however we do allow Pets in our two and three bedroom Golf Villas
Q. Do you have DVD/CD/Game Systems in the Guest Rooms?
A. No, the guest rooms are not equipped with DVD's/CD Players or Game Systems. Movies are available in-room on demand and there is an IPOD Docking Station in each guest room.
Q. What are the Hotel Taxes?
A. Attendees who want to figure their exact room rates should add an additional 12% tax to their nightly fees. This tax is made up of 7% local state tax for the area, plus 5% hotel occupancy tax.
