Age Requirements

The Spa at Chateau Élan is available for guests of 18 years of age or older. Minors 16 and above may enjoy some treatments if accompanied by a guardian. As the Spa is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to the Spa.

Scheduling Appointments

We suggest 48-72 hours advance notice for scheduling appointments during the week and 5-7 days notice for weekend appointments. Guests staying with us on an overnight package are responsible for setting up their Spa appointments. Spa appointments are subject to availability and must be guaranteed by a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you give a minumum of 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations. If less than 24-hours a 50% charge of services will be billed to your credit card. If less than 4-hours a 100% charge of services will be billed to your credit card. Cancelling overnight Spa Packages would incur the room cancellation policy also.

Arriving for Your Service

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your service to take advantage of our sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge and to ensure we start on time. Please keep in mind that arriving late will result in a shortened length of the treatment, with the full price of the service charged, as not to inconvenience the next guests.

The Spa Therapist will be completing a brief health evaluation prior to your treatment to be able to provide you with the best experience possible and to assure your safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any health conditions that may affect you Spa experience.

What to Bring

We gladly provide you with luxurious robes and slippers during your stay with us. Undergarments are not necessary under your robe, but you may wear them if you wish. Our therapists are trained to ensure your privacy at all times. Please bring your swim suit and work out clothes if you wish to enjoy any hydro treatments, pool or hot tub use and workout facilities. Lockers will be provided for your convenience however Chateau Élan is not responsible for personal items. As a courtesy to other guests, please turn off all cell phones while in the Spa.

Gender Preferences

Some treatments are performed in wet rooms and thus are gender specific. For all other treatments gender preferences are based on availability and are not guaranteed. Please know that all of our therapists are licensed professionals and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable during your Spa service.

Gratuities

For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added to your bill.

Facility Information

Guests of the Chateau Élan Inn not receiving Spa services may take advantage of the Spa facilities for the day at a rate of $25 per day Mon-Thurs or $35 per day Fri-Sun.

Gift Cards

They are valid for one year form the date of purchase and can be used toward and Chateau Élan Resort service as well as retail purchases. Gift Cards are transferable but non-refundable. Values are subject to current pricing and our cancellation policy. Gift Cards must be presented at the time services are rendered.

Product Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on most merchandise purchased from the Spa within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt except as follows: Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any items that have been opened. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds.
