The 33,000 square foot Chateau Elan Spa is well suited for handling an array of Spa Group Events, ranging from Employee Appreciation Days, Corporate Events, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Birthday Parties, and well deserved Girls Getaways. Spa Group Guidelines

Guest of the Spa must be at least 18 years of age.

The Spa is a non-smoking environment.

Some treatments are not suitable for pregnant guests.

Cell phone use is prohibited on spa premises and all cellular devices should be turned off prior to entering spa lobby.

Spa robe, slippers and a locker key will be provided.

Treatment times are all based on availability.

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at the Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can enjoy the optimal spa experience.

We also recommend showering prior to your service in order to receive maximum treatment benefit.

Should you arrive late for your treatment, the treatment will be modified to maximize the remaining time without compromising the next appointment. Full rates will still apply in this instance.

Facilities

For your use and enjoyment, please feel free to take advantage of our relaxing amenities which include: A Whirlpool Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room, Fitness Center and an Indoor Resistance Pool, as well as complimentary Spa Fitness Classes.

Dining

Our intimate restaurant Fleur-De-Lis is open daily for breakfast and lunch. Reservations are required as seating is limited. Complimentary afternoon tea, which includes herbal tea, herbal coffee & pastries, is served in the dining area from 4pm – 5:30pm.

For reservations of eight or more people the bill will be presented on one check. There is a 20% service charge and a 7% sales tax.

Booking Process

As soon as you know what treatments your guests would like, the group booking process usually proceeds as follows:

We can block a specified number of spa appointments up to 6 months prior to the event date, but inquiries may be taken earlier based on availability. All appointments are based on availability so holding these appointments guarantees your specific services.

Up to 10 days prior to your event we can communicate and make any changes to your block of appointments. All non required services must be canceled at that 10 day deadline.

After the 10 day deadline any remaining services are non cancelable and are not changeable. Name changes will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to your event.

All services booked within 10 days of an event are non-cancelable and are not changable.

We guarantee a qualified therapist at the time of your appointment. We book services with therapists based on their specialties, therefore, due to the levels of staffing on any given day, we do not guarantee the gender of a therapist.

All services will be booked through one person here at the spa, the Spa Group Coordinator, and one person representing your company or group. We require a contract to be signed a minimum of 10 days prior to your event.
