Reservation Policy
Cancellations require 72 hours notice prior to arrival to avoid a one night stay being charged to credit card. A non-refundable deposit of $15 is charged when making a reservation. This will be applied to the remainder of your room balance when you check-in. To cancel a reservation please contact Reservations toll free in the US at 1-800-233-9463, and outside the US at 1-678-425-0900. To complete a reservation you will need to submit a credit/debit card for authorization. Credit/Debit card must be physically presented upon check-in. You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation and to check-in. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange spa treatments, golf tee times, and dinner bookings. Internet reservations are for individual reservations only. Web site rate plans are non-commissionable and therefore unavailable to tour operators or travel agents.
