Traveler
Services
Center.
This
center
is
conveniently
located
in
the
Car
Rental
Corridor
between
the
North
and
South
Baggage
Claim
areas.
(Directly
across
from
National
Car
Rental).
Upon
arrival
at
the
airport,
promptly
follow
the
signs
to
North
Baggage
claim
and
check-in
at
the
Business
Traveler
Services
Center
prior
to
retrieving
your
luggage.
The
Business
Traveler
Services
Center
is
approximately
60
feet
to
the
right
after
riding
the
escalator
up
from
the
airport
tram.
Guests
arriving
at
one
of
the
T-Concourse
Gates
should
retrieve
their
luggage
first
and
then
follow
the
signs
to
North
Baggage
Claim.
After
a
5-minute
walk
from
your
gate
look
for
the
Business
Travelers
Services
Center
on
the
right
hand
side
directly
across
from
National
Car
Rental.
If
you
arrive
before
or
after
operating
hours
(before
8:00
am
or
after
10:00
pm).
Your
driver
will
be
waiting
for
you
in
front
of
the
Business
Travelers
Services
Desk.
Airport Transfer Policy

It is recommended that Guests of Chateau Elan make reservations 48 hours in advance.

Chateau Élan is 54.8 miles from Atlanta airport with travel times of 50 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes depending on time of day.

All rates are one way direct non-stop

24 hour notice required for cancellations or full charges will apply.

“No Shows” without notice will be charged the full rate.

Airport transfers between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. subject to a $10.00 surcharge.

Time changes within 3 hours of reserved time subject to a 10% surcharge

Reservations not covered by a group or corporate event at Chateau Élan require a method of payment at time travel is reserved.
